The goods sold on this website are fully described. Please read the descriptions carefully for accurate information about the product, price and delivery charges.
Cinnamon is the exclusive agent for Taliesin D&M Compact Disk sound effects.
Neither Cinnamon Press or Taliesin Sounds may be held liable for losses arising from the purchase or use of any products.
Online sales are handled by PayPal which securely handles your personal data.
To make a purchase:
- Click on the item.
- Check the basket is correct.
- If you want multiples of an item you can request that at this point
- If you are happy to continue, proceed to checkout
- Fill in your details and continue,
- confirm details and purchase.
- Please check your basket before proceeding to check out and check that your data is correct before confirming the purchase as information can easily be changed at this stage.
- Your purchase is committed only when you confirm details/purchase.
All our books and CDs are in stock unless otherwise stated and services describe lengths of time taken. Items are generally shipped the same or next day, but we aim to deliver within a maximum of 14 days in the UK.
CDs are sold for personal use. Public performances are permitted with a credit to Taliesin D&M as copyright holders and Taliesin Sounds using the words;
"Sound effects by © Taliesin D&M, marketed by Taliesin Sounds, Cinnamon Press."
sharing, redistribution and sale of CDs to third parties in any form is not permitted.
If used for Public performance for commercial use by 'for profit' businesses written terms may be obtained from Cinnamon Press details upon request.
We do not regard educational establishments as 'for profit' ventures.
Items do sometimes go astray so please contact us if an order has not arrived after this time.
If there is any problem with your order please contact us and we will try to resolve things as quickly as possible.
When buying goods and services on the Internet, the consumer is entering a legally binding contract. However, as a distance consumer you have the right to cancel your order for either goods or services for up to seven days after receipt.
If you cancel an order which has already been dispatched you are responsible for its return.
However if the CD wraps are opened then we will consider the purchase confirmed.
Use of your data complies with UK law and is covered by our privacy policy, which also covers security issues. Our newsletter includes an opt-in box for receipt of e-mail and full unsubscribe facility. We do not use cookies to collect data about you, but you may need cookies (unique identifiers) enabled in order to use PayPal.
